Starting off!

I am starting off with an online journal because blogging seems way to complicating, and its just not really what i was looking for. The main reason why i wanted to find an online journal was because i wanted to start getting better at writing and expressing myself. my therapist said having a diary would be good for me, but i just dont feel comfortable keeping an actual diary in my room. ive had way to many experiences with my mom, brother, friends, boyfriends, finding them and reading them �and having everything leeked out. �� I actually like the idea of people reading about my life as if its acutally interesting and relating and commenting me on it, without and relations towards them. I just want to express my emotions and the things that go throught my head on here. Hopefully it was work out the way I am wanting it to. �

I work in a�fast food place. I wonder why some people think they have more power than you when the two are in the same position. I am talking about a person i work with and tho she is older than me, we both have the same title and job at work but for some reason she thinks she can overrule everything I say or do when I am the one who does more and works more productively. It makes me mad how she does and I don't think she is right by doing that. I have brought this to the boss man's attention and he acted as if he was going to do something about it, but he hasn't and she brings him a pepsi soda everyday. She kisses his a$$. It just so irritates me how she does but no one will do anything about it. Like today, one of our busiest days of the year and she wants to put our crew members doing dishes during our peak time. I said no, they need to be over here working the grill for us. I said dishes can wait and we do them at the end of the shift. She said well I am not doing them all. I said its not your job, let someone else do them at the end. She said no one will do them and you want do them. I said no I can't do them, everytime I try to help the boss hollers at me to get back making orders cause no one else can do it. She made me mad. I am they kind of person who wants to get my food and get my orders done. Cleaning up and dishes can wait til the end of the shift, its not a priority for me to do dishes during busy time. Its just wrong the way I see it. She is so backwards. I just don't get them people. I like my job some days and Most of the time I wish I had a better crew of people to work with. They make you hate your job most days and I do not like feeling that way. I want another job to get away from that, but I have got some years in the company and I think something should be done about them, but as long as I am not kissing anyone's a$$, no one will see things my way. It sucks.

So, today was the first Sunday in months I haven't had to sing at 9:30 in the morning. We ended up going to a closer church my Grandma used to go to. I've let the rest of the world basically know what my intentions are and they seem to support me. The advice has been spilling in from wonderful and numerous sources.

Issues That Can Destroy the Creativity of a Graphic Designer!

A creative graphic designer needs to face many situations as sometimes they come across so many times when their art and creative juices stop flowing. At this time, most of the logo designers try really hard for the creation of a business image but they got failed to convince their clients with their creative concept because they are unable to conceive a great idea for their logo design projects. Undoubtedly, there will be some reason behind this sudden change and this sudden unexpected lack of creativity. A single interruption or a slight distraction can stop a professional logo designer to think innovatively.
All in all, there is only a single attribute that is the “Creativity” of a logo designer which can, no doubt, make a great difference for businesses. Since, it is the duty of a logo designer to create such a masterpiece for a client’s business that looks different and unique from other business logos but due to some negative factors, a logo designer fails to create a logo design with an artistic concept. Therefore, you, being a logo designer, should understand these factors beforehand so that you can save yourself with these issues and stay beware of them.
1.�� Lack of Confidence: Undoubtedly, a graphic designer’s biggest creativity killer is a lack of confidence. While you cannot think openly and artistically when you find lack of confidence in your personality. This self-worth dampens stops your creativity and increase the fear of failure in creation of logo design projects. Until unless you don’t have self-confidence in your creativity and ideas then work will be created useless. So make yourself confident and keep your composure strong so that your ideas will be successful for businesses.
2.�� Fear of Criticism: To face client’s criticism should be a normal thing for every logo designer but sometimes, you will come across with the harsh words by your client that might make you upset and sad. Too often, most of the logo designers take these bad comments and criticism to their hearts which is resulted in bad creativity but sometimes, clients do not able to understand the true creativity of a designer. However, you as a corporate logo designer, create artistic and conceptual business logos that can convey a right message of a business.
3.�� Lack of Funds: Most of the professional logo designers unable to execute their ideas because of unstable finance because it is, no doubt, a big factor that can ruin the graphic designer’s creativity and artistic ideas; plus he will not able to think productively. Even though, to come up with an idea that can be created with low budget is not an easy time every time as mostly clients appoint a logo designer with a fixed budget for their custom logo design.
4.�� Tough Goals: Undoubtedly, tight deadlines and tough assignments can surely destroy the logo designer’s creativity because these things and stress can kill the creativity and creative thought process. If a business logo designer has lots of custom logo design projects on his head and he has to deliver it in a strict deadline then he will not think creatively outside of the box. It is the only reason why professional logo designers avoid such clients and their unfeasible deadlines.

WAKE UP

Good Morning World

�Today is my wake up call. My soul is beckoning me to wake up , open my eyes, and come back to my center. �I am constantly outside of myself invested in other people. I must reconnect to the source. And in order to do that, yes, I must talk like this : ) . �It seems cruel to cut people off so I can become whole again but I haven't been able to do it any other way. I gather myself in. Grab my power back in thick, purple, felt- strip bunches from my family and friends. Four big armfulls from my husband. I have to use both hands...he tugs back so I have to sort of yank that last bunch away...�Sorry.....Another huge armful from my job...I have to sneak in at night to get it. �If I am caught the consequences will be severe. �A handful from each of my 5 kids, some have more than others....you know. �Guilt causes me to give back a small bunch each....�here...my husband too. I grab more from relatives, neighbors and friends. I feel worse as it goes on so I remind myself that I will be of little use to them anyway if I am not strong, healthy and spiritually fit. I need all my power now. My body is 54 years old, my mind goes from 10 to 100 and my soul is probably a coupla million...So yeah, that's what Im working with on this gorgeous, sunny day in suburban America. � �

So so so much!

It's been over a month since the last entry and I have sooo many updates I will� just recap the highlights Ready?

Alicia moved the fuck out! hahaha! Life is so much nicer not to have her in my life or in my space It is hevan truly love it. Found a new roommate who moves in tomorrow and his name is alexis too but pronounced alexi....strange! hope it all works out we cleaned cleaned cleaned today for his arrival

Had the wedding two weekends ago.....amazing! I got to say I looked good damn good! hahaha! Was an amazing weekend full of family and friends was truly a great time and Rebkeah looked incredible and much happiness to them both. They are currently in Italy on honeymoon :)

So all good news comes with some� bad news my grandpa passed away earlier in the month......went home for the service and was truly sad.....
�No more living grandparents.......

Went on another few dates with Kirby. I really enjoy time with him and he is pretty adorable. Still really freaking shy both of us but seems to be moving along. Going to hang out with him on Monday in Point Reyes for an art walk and good times! Hope we will make out soon hahaha!

Going on a wine bike tour tomorrow in Sonoma! Yeah to Memorial Day weekend :) Starting off the summer right!!
